Hello, I’m Gayathri Ramamoorthy, the Lead Practitioner & Founder of “The Safe Space Psychology.”

I completed my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Psychology and have over 6 years of extensive hands on experience across clinical, academic, and corporate settings, including IIT Madras, schools, and leading private psychiatric hospitals in Chennai . My work has involved in managing mental health and supporting individuals with complex psychological needs .

I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in clinical Psychology, to further strengthen my commitment to the field .

Over the years, I have worked with individuals across all age groups — from children to older adults — supporting them through a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and psychological concerns.
